An order confirmation email sent to your registered address constitutes a binding sales contract. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for fraudulent activity, pricing errors or stock shortages, with full refund issued where applicable.2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices shown on the website include UK VAT at the standard 20% rate. Shipping fees are displayed separately at checkout.
- Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal or approved card providers. We do not store full card payment details on our servers.
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full order value at checkout.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery times are estimated only and not legally binding. Delays caused by couriers, customs or stock shortages do not entitle you to automatic cancellation unless the delay exceeds 30 working days.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the delivery courier.
- You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Redelivery fees for incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
